Malaysia Airlines elevates its passengers’ travel experience by partnering with BMW Group Malaysia to introduce an exclusive private terminal transfer service. Commencing on February 1, 2024, Enrich Platinum, Business Suite, and Business Class passengers will enjoy luxurious transportation between the Main Terminal Building and the Satellite Building of KLIA Terminal 1 at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA).
The collaboration showcases sustainability and premium travel, featuring the all-electric BMW i7 for a heightened level of comfort and eco-friendly transport. The 24-hour service, offered exclusively to Malaysia Airlines’ premium passengers, aims to provide a seamless and upscale travel experience. This initiative comes in addition to the Premium Bus transfer, introduced following the temporary suspension of the aerotrain service.
During the initial phase, a fleet of BMW i7 vehicles will be deployed for departing passengers, with the pick-up point located at Gate G1 of the Main Terminal Building. The airline plans to extend this service to arriving passengers soon after completing the arrival lounge at the Satellite Building.
Passengers can expect personalised experiences with this premium service, eliminating concerns about ride-sharing. The dedicated transportation service ensures individualised experiences for solo travellers, couples, and families (up to four passengers per car), ensuring a smooth and comfortable journey as part of the end-to-end customer experience.
