The initiative is supported by the Malaysian non-governmental organisation Free Tree Society, with the goal of fostering empowerment through education. Porsche Asia Pacific emphasized that the program encourages students to become environmental advocates within their families and communities.

As part of the initiative, students participate in workshops where they are introduced to environmental topics in an age-appropriate manner. A key component of the program is the establishment of a school-based mini jungle, which will be maintained by the students and faculty. Additionally, a 30-day recycling challenge encourages students to collect and recycle paper and plastic from their daily school activities. Those who complete the program will receive a certificate recognizing them as “Eco-Ambassadors.”

Porsche Malaysia and its partners view the program as a long-term social project that not only inspires future generations but also prepares them for environmental challenges. Inokom Corporation highlighted the multi-stage approach, which strengthens the connection between students, the community, and the broader society.

The program will expand to multiple locations across Malaysia in 2025, with Free Tree Society expressing optimism about future collaborations. The initiative is part of Porsche’s global social responsibility effort, “Join the Porsche Ride,” which has visited various locations worldwide since its launch in 2022. The program aligns with Porsche’s sustainability strategy, promoting environmental protection, community development, and social cohesion, with the all-electric Taycan serving as an ambassador for the initiative.
