The new 2026 Leapmotor A10 will launch by the end of Q1 2026 in China and now we get an official look at the compact’s interior.
It will slot in below the Leapmotor B10 and C10, both of which are already sold in Malaysia. Inside, it features a flat dashboard line, complemented by a standard dual-spoke multi-function steering wheel.
A 14.6-inch 2.5K resolution floating infotainment touchscreen sits in the middle while the driver gets an 8.88-inch digital instrument cluster. Other cabin amenities include a wireless phone charger but only dual cup holders up front.

The infotainment features an AI assistant powered by Alibaba’s Qwen that should deliver more human-intuitive interaction and natural language understanding. Powering the cockpit is a SA8295 chip while the assisted driving tech is commanded by a SA8650 chip.
From a cosmetic standpoint, the A10 is distinctively Leapmotor with similar styling to its larger siblings. The carmaker labels it the Tech Natural Aesthetics 2.0 design language, comprising a closed front grille and vertical air ducts. All doors feature semi-hidden flush handles.

It will measure in at 4,270 mm long, 1,810 mm wide and 1,635 mm tall with a wheelbase of 2,605 mm. On paper, its direct competitor would be the BYD Atto 2 but dimensionally, the Proton eMas 5 and oddball Perodua QV-E would also line up against it.
The A10 is powered by a single electric motor with 122 PS. There will be two battery options available, a 39.8 kWh and 53 kWh pack with 403km and 505km of range via the ambitious CLTC method. Fast charging figures have not been revealed but will juice up the battery from 30-80% in 16 minutes.

Leapmotor are targeting 1 million units in sale for 2026 and the A10 is seen as playing a crucial role in that hunt.
Furthermore, the A10 will be launched globally in H2 2026 and based on the performance of the Geely Geome Xingyuan, sold here as the eMas 5, that achieved over 460,000 units in 2025, it should be competitive.

Expect it to launch in Malaysia soon as well. Customers will have a choice of six exterior colours that are Berry Blue, Starlight Silver, Acorn Brown, Seaweed Green, Tundra Grey and Morgan Pink.
