The new 2026 Leapmotor C10 Plus was just launched in Malaysia with a price increase but significant updates to justify the extra coin. Here we have a mega gallery of the new electric (EV) SUV making its public debut in the metal. With the update comes a revision to the name, adding the ‘Plus’ suffix.
It now comes with a larger LFP battery, growing from 69.9 kWh to 81.9 kWh. With that comes a bump up in range as well, adding an extra 86 km for a total WLTP -rated range of 510 km.
Charging has been improved too courtesy of a switch to 800 V architecture. This sees the previous DC rate of 84 kW climb to 180 kW. That will see the battery go from 30-80% in 22 minutes, eight minutes quicker even with the larger pack. There appears to be no change to the 11 kW AC charging rate though.

While the C10 Plus retains a single motor on the rear axle, power climbs to 299 PS and 360 Nm of torque, marking a boost of 81 PS and 40 Nm. That makes it much quicker in the century sprint, needing just 6.2 seconds while top speed climbs a little to 190 kph.
Unfortunately, the improvements come at a steep cost. The C10 plus now goes for RM148,000, or an extra RM23,000. That big jump is likely due to the CBU EV tax incentive being axed. Stellantis Malaysia has mentioned plans for local assembly but there are no updates on that front for now.

However, the C10 Plus comes with a RM9,000 rebate, which brings the price down to RM139,000. It is not known how long the rebate will be available for. Early-bird buyers will also get a RM4,000 insurance subsidy.
If yo u can live with the previous 2025 model year specs, it will be sold alongside the updated C10 at a lower price. The warranty is six years or 150,000 km while the battery comes is paired with an additional eight-year/160,000 km battery backing.
