Proton has introduced a nationwide after-sales service campaign targeting out-of-warranty vehicles, offering maintenance packages from as low as RM 120.
The campaign runs from 30-March 30 to 30-June 2026, and is open to selected Proton models including the Iriz, Persona, Exora and Saga. It is specifically aimed at vehicles registered between January 2018 and January 2021 that have not been serviced for more than 12 months.
Under the campaign, owners can opt for a basic service package that includes engine oil replacement, oil filter, labour, as well as a complimentary 40-point safety inspection. The inspection covers key components such as brakes, tyres and battery condition.
Prices start from RM 120 for the Iriz, Persona, Exora and Saga using semi-synthetic engine oil, while X-series models are offered packages from RM 216 onwards.
Proton currently operates 190 authorised service outlets and 77 Body & Paint centres nationwide, supported by trained technicians and parts centres to improve service accessibility and turnaround times.
The company has also introduced the Service Experience QR (SEQR), allowing customers to submit feedback digitally at service centres, as part of ongoing efforts to improve after-sales service quality.
Other existing initiatives include Fast Service, which completes basic servicing within 90 minutes, as well as the ProCare Smart Plan (PSP) offering flexible maintenance packages.
