With the new year comes a brand-new concept and identity for BHPetromart and eNak by BHPetrol, with the rebranding exercise meant to improve customer experience as well as reflect a more modern retail perspective and brand identity.
The launch was officiated at the BHPetrol Kg. Sungai Kayu Ara station along the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP), headed towards the North-South Expressway toll plaza.
eNak is a ready-to-eat (RTE) product brand that offers prepared food and beverages, such as coffee, pastries and pre-cooked meals at selected BHPetromarts. It is a concept that focuses on convenience, speed and satisfaction for customers of the mart.
The eNak kiosk at the BHPetrol Kg. Sungai Kayu Ara is the fourth one following the rebranding and is expected surpass 50 kiosks nationwide within the next five years. For now, the first three kiosks are available at the following stations:
- BHPetrol KL-Klang Highway
- BHPetrol Taman Melawati
- BHPetrol Kg. Baharu Puchong
BHPetromart itself has expanded its shelves to carry more daily necessities, even hygiene products, for the convenience of customers.
BHPetrol collaborated with the Malaysia Design Development Centre (DDEC), a subsidiary of MARA, to generate the revitalised concept and image of BHPetromart and eNak.
The Kg. Sungai Kayu Ara station carries the complete BHPetrol range of fuels, comprising Infiniti Petrol 95, 97, Diesel B10 and Diesel B7. Additionally, there are a myriad of convenient features, including the BHPetromart store with eNak kiosk, a prayer room (surau), Dunkin’ kiosk, EV charging station (JomCharge), car wash service and restroom.
