Zeekr Malaysia has announced that following the new tax structure introduced for CBU EVs sold in Malaysia, its range will undergo a price revision with the new figures expected to be marginally higher.

That would include the new Overall Malaysia Car of the Year winner, the Zeekr 009 Ultra Luxury electric premium MPV, experience an increase in price. However, the management has yet to confirm the new pricing and will reveal it in due time.

The price revision was mentioned during the recently held Zeekr 7X Off-Road Weekend at Sepang Circuit from 23-24 January 2026 that gave media and owners a rare opportunity to experience the prowess of its electric EV in some harsh conditions. Apart from the aforementioned award-winning 009 and 7X, the third member of Zeekr Malaysia’s range is the X.

Currently the three variants of the 009 are priced as follows:

  • Executive (7-Seater FWD) – RM310,000
  • Luxury (7-Seater AWD) – RM349,800
  • Ultra Luxury – RM359,800

The 009 impressed the MCOTY judging panel from various aspects, including its powerful electric powertrain, refinement and safety.

Pricing for the 7X begins at RM 179,800 while the X starts from RM 155,800. Expect all carmakers with CBU EVs in their local range to announce revised pricing soon.
