Smart Malaysia has announced the grand opening of its second dealership in Johor Bahru, a move aimed at enhancing the accessibility of electric vehicles (EVs) in the southern region of Malaysia. Established in 1999, AG Autoworld (EV), now rebranded as smart Johor Bahru 2, is strategically located at 17&18, Jalan Tebrau, Kampung Wadi Hanna, 80250 Johor Bahru, Johor. With a history of excellence and numerous accolades, AG Autoworld recently received prestigious awards at the Proton 2024 Dealer Conference & Recognition Awards, including the Gold Award and top honours in Sales Volume and B&P Performance.
The new outlet represents smart Malaysia’s dedication to addressing the rising demand for EVs and expanding its presence within the community. smart Johor Bahru 2 is set to provide an exceptional experience for EV enthusiasts, offering a comprehensive range of services from exploring smart vehicle options to after-sales support.
The dealership, spanning 230m², features space for three display units and a dedicated delivery bay. It will also showcase the exclusive smartIdea merchandise line. The facility is designed to serve as a vibrant community hub, with trained advisors available to assist customers throughout their EV journey.
With the addition of smart Johor Bahru 2, smart Malaysia now operates 13 appointed dealers and 14 outlets in total, including 11 currently operational locations. The new dealership is scheduled to open in early Q4 this year, further solidifying smart Malaysia’s commitment to sustainable mobility and customer satisfaction.
