Distinctive Design and Accents
The Series.Purple stands out with its exclusive Galaxy Purple Pearl exterior. The special edition also features 18-inch alloy wheels in a new satin silver finish and black badging on the rear decklid, giving the sports car an unmistakable presence. Inside, the cabin is wrapped in black upholstery with distinctive grey stitching on the leather-wrapped steering wheel, door panels, shifter boot, and parking brake boot. The front seats, covered in Ultrasuede with grey leather bolsters, also feature exclusive grey stitching. Additional interior highlights include a red STI starter button, an aluminium shifter knob, and the STI short throw shifter with a Flexible V-Bar, all aimed at enhancing the car’s driving dynamics.
Performance and Pricing
Priced at $35,445 MSRP (RM154,184), the Subaru BRZ Series.Purple is powered by a 2.4-litre naturally aspirated SUBARU BOXER engine, delivering 228 horsepower, and is paired with a six-speed close-ratio manual transmission. The sports coupe boasts a range of standard performance features, such as a TORSEN limited-slip differential, Vehicle Stability Control with Track and Sport Modes, and Michelin Pilot Sport 4 summer tyres, ensuring agile handling and stability.
Technological and Safety Features
Based on the BRZ Limited trim, the Series.Purple comes packed with Subaru’s EyeSight Driver Assist Technology, Blind-Spot Detection with Lane Keep Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Alert, and Steering Responsive Headlights. Inside, drivers will enjoy an upgraded audio system, dual-zone automatic climate control, and STARLINK Safety and Security. The coupe’s sleek design is complemented by aerodynamic enhancements, including large functional air intakes and a ducktail rear spoiler, adding both style and function.
