Step 1: Purchase either two or four pieces of 16” and above Goodyear consumer tyres from any Goodyear participating stores or Goodyear Malaysia Official Store on Lazada, Shopee or Goodyear Grab voucher (SNPL).
Step 2: Register your tyres for Worry Free Assurance (WFA) Warranty at https://www.goodyear.com.my/warranty/register-your-tyres.
Step 3: Receive a WhatsApp message from Goodyear Malaysia at 012-998 8410 for Touch ‘n Go verification and reimbursement purposes.
Step 4: Receive your Touch ‘n Go e-Wallet credit within 14 working days upon successful submission.
With the purchase of any Goodyear consumer tyres, customers are entitled to the Worry Free Assurance (WFA) Warranty. This comprehensive warranty includes a 1-year road hazard warranty, offering protection against road hazard damage. Customers also benefit from two times complimentary tyre safety checks for added peace of mind while driving, and a 5-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects in the purchased tyres.
